At The Mystic Foundry, each offering is prepared with care and intention. The following policy exists to ensure clarity and fairness for all customers.

Time-Sensitive Ritual Kits

Certain offerings from The Mystic Foundry — including the Cosmic Countdown: 2026 Ritual Kits — are time-sensitive ceremonial items created to align with specific astrological and seasonal moments.

Because of their limited nature and intended use within a defined timeframe, these kits are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund once shipped.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully and to reach out with any questions prior to ordering.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for assistance, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number, and

  • clear photographs of the issue

When appropriate, we will offer a replacement or a refund for the affected item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Time-sensitive ritual kits

  • Used or opened ritual items

  • Consumable or perishable components

  • Digital or downloadable products

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for time-sensitive ritual kits.

Refunds

If a refund is approved for an eligible issue, it will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
